We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or false.

5.2 Content Ownership and License

All content available on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos, and trademarks (“Content”), is the property of Property.tz or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Site and its Content only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have received explicit permission from Property.tz to use the Content for commercial purposes.

By submitting content to the Site, including property listings, comments, or reviews, you grant Property.tz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Site.
